Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the CEO’s right hand, executing a financial strategy that aligns perfectly with global scaling objectives.
• Lead future funding rounds, from building complex financial models to managing high-stakes investor relations.
• Manage capital allocation, ensuring cash flow and scenario planning are always ahead of the curve.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, turning raw data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, establishing gold-standard controls for accounting, tax, and global compliance.
• Implement robust systems for reporting and expense management.
• Implement risk management strategies to safeguard company assets in new markets.
• Ensure meticulous adherence to all regulatory and financial requirements, keeping the company audit-ready.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance leadership, with at least 3+ years as a Head of Finance in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
• Proven track record of successfully raising capital and managing complex investor relations.
• Deep expertise in FP&A, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with SaaS or mobility metrics is a significant plus.
• A CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance is highly preferred.
• Ability to explain complex financial jargon to non-finance stakeholders.
