We are seeking a dedicated Digital Trade Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our digital financial transactions.
In this capacity, you will be instrumental in supporting online trading activities, resolving customer inquiries related to digital payments, and ensuring the efficient execution of all digital trade operations. Your expertise will be key to maintaining a smooth and reliable service for our clients.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor digital trading transactions across various platforms.
- Assist customers with digital trade enquiries, account issues, or transaction-related requests.
- Process trade orders, verify transaction details, and ensure accuracy in digital records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation of all digital trade activities.
- Prepare periodic reports on digital transactions and operational updates.
- Promote adherence to the organization’s financial and compliance policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in onboarding customers for digital services and platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to use digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills—must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital financial transactions (added advantage).
