Job Description
We are seeking accomplished Project Finance and Transaction Advisory Professionals to join our esteemed Investment Banking Entity on a fixed-term contract basis. This is a significant opportunity to contribute to a dedicated team supporting large-scale energy, power, infrastructure, and petrochemical projects. You will play a crucial role in developing financial models, conducting thorough project evaluations, and engaging with key stakeholders to facilitate financing and achieve financial close.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project finance models, including IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analyses.
- Support rigorous project evaluation processes and bankability assessments.
- Prepare essential investment memos, compelling lender presentations, and manage data rooms.
- Assist in the structuring of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and shareholder arrangements.
- Facilitate engagement with Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), commercial banks, and investors.
- Support financing negotiations through to Financial Investment Decision (FID) and Financial Close.
- Coordinate effectively with technical, legal, and tax advisory teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- A Master’s degree or a professional qualification such as ACA, CFA, ACCA, or PMP is considered an advantage.
