Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research on market trends, industry developments, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, databases, and industry reports.
- Utilize statistical methods and software tools to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Assist in the development of business intelligence reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure research aligns with organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Maintain research databases and knowledge repositories.
- Stay informed about advancements in research methodologies and tools.
- Prepare comprehensive research reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Present findings to senior management and stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Visualize data using charts, graphs, and other presentation tools.
- Align research activities with strategic objectives in collaboration with the Head of Research and Business Intelligence.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand research needs and deliver relevant insights.
- Foster effective communication within the research team and across departments.
Qualifications
- B.Sc degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in research, data analysis, or a related field.
- Experience in the financial industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau) is an added advantage.
