Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head Store Keeper to lead our inventory management efforts at our restaurant in Lekki Phase 1. This pivotal role ensures the efficient and accurate handling of all stock, contributing significantly to our operational success.
As the Head Store Keeper, you will be responsible for the overall management of the stockroom, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining optimal inventory levels, minimizing waste, and ensuring that all departments have the resources they need to provide excellent service.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all inventory operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management procedures and policies.
- Oversee stock counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
- Train and supervise store keeping staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the stockroom.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar management to forecast needs and manage stock levels.
- Generate regular inventory reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a store keeper, with a significant portion in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with inventory management software or robust manual systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
