Job Description
We are seeking a talented Junior Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at our Lekki Phase 1 restaurant. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your culinary skills while contributing to the creation of delicious and memorable dishes.
As a Junior Chef, you will be involved in various aspects of food preparation and cooking, working under the guidance of experienced chefs. Your ability to execute recipes accurately and maintain high standards of quality and presentation will be key to your success.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of local and international dishes according to established recipes.
- Assist senior chefs in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure all food is prepared and served at the correct temperature and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report any shortages to the head chef.
- Participate in menu development and recipe testing as required.
- Follow all kitchen safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in preparing both local and international dishes.
- Experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
