We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Store Keeper to join our dynamic team at a reputable restaurant in Lekki Phase 1. This role is crucial for maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and bar. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing inventory, as well as conducting regular stock checks to prevent shortages and minimize waste. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector, demonstrating strong organizational skills and proficiency in inventory management systems or manual tracking methods. A good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential for accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Receive, inspect, and store all incoming goods.
- Issue supplies and materials to kitchen and bar staff as needed.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to prevent shortages.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of all inventory items.

Qualifications
