Job Description
We are actively seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our client's operations in Agbara, Ogun State. This is a permanent, on-site position offering a net budget of 1.5 million Naira per month.
In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive strategic and hands-on HR support directly to factory leadership and the entire workforce. Your responsibilities will span critical areas including recruitment, fostering positive employee relations, navigating industrial relations, implementing effective performance management systems, and driving impactful training and engagement initiatives.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and hands-on HR support to factory leadership and workforce.
- Manage recruitment processes for operational roles.
- Oversee and improve employee relations.
- Handle industrial relations matters and union negotiations.
- Implement and manage performance management systems.
- Develop and execute training programs.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- HND/BSc in Business/Social Sciences or a related field.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
- CIPM or other recognized HR certification.
- 10–12 years of HR experience.
- Significant experience within a manufacturing/factory environment.
- Strong experience in employee/industrial relations and union negotiations.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
