Job Description

GoFasti is seeking an English-fluent People Operations Manager to join our remote team, based in Latin America. This role is integral to ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for our employees.

You will serve as a primary HR resource, guiding employees through policies and procedures. A key part of your role will be ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly across multiple U.S. states.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and evolving employee handbooks and internal HR documentation. Accurate management of employee data across HR systems is essential, ensuring consistency throughout the employee lifecycle.

Administering employee benefits programs, including enrollments and ongoing support, is a core function. You will act as the main point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, HR systems, and general people operations.

A significant responsibility is owning the entire onboarding process, from offer acceptance to the employee's first week. This includes coordinating all logistics, such as email and equipment setup, and ensuring access to necessary systems.

You will collaborate with People Operations counterparts across agencies to ensure seamless and consistent onboarding experiences. Partnering with IT, hiring managers, and leadership will ensure new hires are fully set up on day one.

Scheduling and coordinating first-week meetings with key stakeholders, and conducting onboarding check-ins to ensure new hires feel supported, informed, and connected are also key duties.

Managing offboarding processes, including system access removal and coordination with payroll and benefits, is also part of the role. You will work closely with the Head of People on program development, process improvements, and employee experience initiatives.

Identifying opportunities to enhance HR workflows, onboarding experiences, and internal communications will contribute to continuous improvement. You will also support employee engagement, culture initiatives, and internal events.
