Job Description
ProDevs is seeking a structured and disciplined Admin & HR Lead to drive staff compliance, documentation accuracy, and effective policy enforcement across the organization. This role is critical to maintaining workforce order, operational discipline, and internal structure.
In this capacity, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding and staff placement, ensuring a strong hiring turnaround time to support ongoing operations. You will also coordinate staff training, role rotation, and performance tracking, fostering professional development within the team.
A key responsibility will be enforcing HR policies and internal operational standards, managing staff discipline, attendance, and compliance. You will support leadership with workforce planning and reporting, and maintain accurate, up-to-date staff records and HR documentation, ensuring proper filing, documentation integrity, and audit readiness.
