We are seeking a dedicated People and Culture Manager to join a leading Property Services company. This role is crucial for developing and implementing effective HR strategies that support our business objectives and cultivate a thriving workplace culture.
You will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR operations. Your expertise will ensure compliance with labor laws and foster a positive and productive environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM).
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management.
- 6-8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
