Join our dedicated real estate team as a Business Development Representative, playing a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the distressed real estate market.

You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through strategic cold calls, targeted email outreach, and in-depth research. Your primary objective will be to manage a robust pipeline of prospects and schedule crucial qualification calls with decision-makers.

This role requires meticulous record-keeping in our CRM, diligent tracking of outreach metrics, and active participation in refining sales processes and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through cold-calling or email outreach
  • Create lead lists and enrich prospect data using various tools
  • Schedule qualification calls with the ultimate goal of booking calls with sales leadership
  • Manage contacts and paperwork at final deal stages
  • Filter un- or underqualified leads through phone conversation
  • Track and report on key outreach and close metrics
  • Create and update role-related SOPs on an ongoing basis
  • Perform other tactical sales, finance, and sales-marketing related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in phone outreach, as an Appointment Setter or BDR
  • 1+ years of experience conducting distressed asset research for potential booked calls
  • Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales outreach role
  • 1+ years of experience using an enterprise-grade CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Basic to intermediate Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for pipeline management and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time in the EST timezone
