Abu Dhabi National Carpet Factory is seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage a range of human resources functions.
This role is integral to supporting the company's workforce, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with the PRO for all hiring matters, including visa, labor card, and Emirates ID processing.
- Coordinate all company travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, and rental car reservations.
- Manage insurance claims, card re-issuing, renewals, and cancellations.
- Create and update personnel records in the Oracle ERP system.
- Contact recruiting agencies and applicants for manpower requirements.
- Liaise with outsource companies for manpower needs.
- Submit attendance records and review invoices.
- Prepare Purchase Requests and Receipt Travelers for administrative purchases.
- Monitor staff attendance activities.
- Prepare monthly overtime and attendance reports, assisting in the payroll process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proven track record in HR administration and recruitment.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Oracle ERP.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa regulations.
