Job Description

Huda Beauty is seeking a dedicated People Executive to join their dynamic HR team. This role is integral to supporting the daily operations of the department, ensuring the smooth execution of various HR functions.

You will play a key role in managing the entire employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding and offboarding processes to maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases. Your responsibilities will extend to supporting HR audits, preparing essential HR reports, and managing the HRIS system to ensure data integrity.

This position involves assisting HR Business Partners with critical tasks such as drafting letters and contracts, and contributing to performance management by maintaining evaluation records and coordinating review meetings. You will also serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits, and support the administration of compensation and benefits programs.

Furthermore, you will contribute to employee recognition initiatives, provide administrative support for succession planning, and coordinate learning and development activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full onboarding process, including preparing new hire packets and coordinating integration sessions.
  • Assist with the full offboarding process, ensuring all tasks are handled promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Support HR audits and prepare monthly HR reports and metrics.
  • Own and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support HRBPs with letter writing, contract drafting, and ad hoc tasks.
  • Generate and analyze people data reports to provide insights on key HR metrics.
  • Help maintain records of performance evaluations and assist in scheduling performance review meetings.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in the communication and distribution of HR policies and updates.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs and coordinate payroll information.
  • Assist in the administration of employee recognition programs.
  • Provide administrative support for succession planning activities.
  • Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling and material preparation.
  • Work closely with the wider P+C team on ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
  • Experience working in the UAE and familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems (e.g., BambooHR, SAP).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
