Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our thriving ready-to-wear fashion brand.

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the entire employee lifecycle. This includes spearheading recruitment efforts, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, overseeing accurate payroll administration, and upholding company policies. You will serve as a vital link between management and staff, adeptly handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to performance management and staff development initiatives.

This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Candidates residing in or around the Lekki area and its environs are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting and onboarding.
  • Administer payroll accurately and efficiently.
  • Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees, handling employee relations.
  • Oversee performance management and staff development programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role (Admin Manager, HR Officer, Business Manager) or HR-specific roles (recruitment, payroll, employee relations).
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum of a BSC/HND degree.
  • Must be living around the Island and its environments (Lekki and surrounding areas).
