Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our innovative team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 1–4 years of experience who thrives on solving complex business challenges through data-driven insights.

You will be instrumental in leveraging your proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R, and Python to extract, analyze, and visualize data, ultimately driving actionable recommendations for business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency.
Utilize SQL to extract data and perform in-depth analysis.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track business performance.
Ensure visualizations effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders.
Use R or Python to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models to guide strategic decision-making.
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement across various functions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend effective solutions and monitor their implementation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to define and execute business strategies.

Qualifications

1–4 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst or similar data-focused role.
A strong analytical mindset with proven ability to solve complex business problems.
Proficiency in SQL for advanced data querying and manipulation.
Demonstrated strong experience with Tableau for creating impactful dashboards and reports.
Hands-on experience with R and Python for statistical and data analysis (advanced knowledge preferred).
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.
