Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Business Analyst to join our team in Goregaon West, Mumbai. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our projects align perfectly with strategic objectives.
As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Your expertise will guide the accurate implementation of projects, ensuring they meet all defined goals and contribute positively to our business outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding. Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit detailed requirements, and transforming this information into clear, concise documentation such as functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather business requirements for various projects
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit detailed and accurate requirements
- Analyse collected information to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential challenges
- Create clear and concise requirement documents, including functional/non-functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories
- Assist in prioritisation and validation of requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Participate in review sessions with stakeholders and project teams to ensure an accurate understanding of requirements
- Support the resolution of requirement-related conflicts or issues during the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements
- Maintain and update the requirement documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyze current business processes ("As-Is") and design optimized future-state workflows ("To-Be")
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the final product meets the defined business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Create high-quality documentation, including User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams, and Functional Specifications
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in the IT domain (Master’s Degree will be preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and empathy
- Detail orientation and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage stakeholders
