We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Business Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Head of Program Management, driving one of the most ambitious transformation programs in our industry. You will be instrumental in mapping Booksy's current operations, identifying key areas where AI can deliver significant leverage, and developing a strategic roadmap with full executive backing. Key Responsibilities

Conduct structured discovery sessions across various departments to map real workflows and identify high-value AI transformation candidates.
Gather business and technical requirements, producing clear process maps, user stories, and functional specifications for engineering and commercial leaders.
Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and functional AI Captains to translate strategic ambitions into prototype solutions and deliver agentic workflows.
Maintain our global AI Initiative Tracker, ensuring accuracy of metrics, project baselines, and company-wide ROI figures.
Act as a vital link between program governance and execution, identifying adoption blockers (technical or behavioral) and supporting functions in scaling their AI capabilities.
Stay current with developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation relevant to Booksy's operating context.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior Business or Process Analyst, with expertise in end-to-end discovery and process mapping in complex environments.
Demonstrated background in supporting digital transformation, automation, or technology change initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of managing diverse stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and driving alignment without formal authority.
Direct, practical experience utilizing Generative AI, LLMs, or Intelligent Automation tools.
Solid understanding of how to structure, optimize, and map out workflows specifically for autonomous AI execution.
Ability to comfortably lead workshops and manage multiple fast-moving discovery workstreams simultaneously across diverse functions.
Fluent English at C1 level or above, capable of leading international conversations and translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Experience working within a fast-paced Marketplace, SaaS, or platform business structure (advantageous).
Background collaborating inside a centralized transformation office or a cross-functional program environment (advantageous).
Familiarity with AI adoption frameworks or hands-on experience contributing to technology ROI models (advantageous).
