Job Description

Join Docyt as an AI Implementation Specialist and play a pivotal role in transforming accounting processes for our clients. You will be an integral part of our Customer Success team, working within an implementation group to deliver exceptional value through Docyt’s advanced software solutions.

Your core responsibilities will involve understanding customer requirements, configuring solutions, managing customer onboarding, and providing essential training. You will also be responsible for validating data and offering ongoing support to ensure seamless software adoption.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the customer journey from initial onboarding through to the successful delivery of first financials, making a significant impact on our mid-market and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive implementation milestones by planning and executing tasks, being accountable for successful first financials delivery.
  • Oversee End-to-End Onboarding, Post Setup, and Implementation Engineering.
  • Lead Customer Success (CS) initiatives with management support, sharing expertise and mentoring team members in specific areas.
  • Lead productive customer meetings and workshops, resolving complex support tasks, and triaging incoming customer requests independently.
  • Expertly handle internal and external communications related to implementations and other initiatives.
  • Expertise in using accounting software like QuickBooks for bookkeeping.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of US / INDIA accounting experience
  • CPA, CA, or MBA certification would be an important criteria.
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and identify expansion opportunities
  • Prior Customer Success kind of experience
  • Experience leading US customer onboarding
  • Strong communication skills; detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Proactive, independent, and a collaborative team player
  • Ability to manage and align expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
