Job Description

Norrenberger is seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Technology to lead our IT department and drive technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's overall IT strategy.
Oversee the management and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software.
Ensure the security of company data and systems through robust cybersecurity measures.
Lead IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Manage the IT department budget and resources effectively.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve business operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) is highly desirable.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT projects and teams.
Proficiency in IT service management and project management tools.
