Hontar Projects Limited is seeking a dynamic Digital & IT Officer to enhance our brand's online presence and manage our internal technology infrastructure.

This role is pivotal in managing our social media channels, creating compelling digital content, and ensuring our online platforms effectively attract and engage potential clients and investors in the luxury real estate market.

Additionally, you will be responsible for essential IT functions, including setting up professional email accounts, maintaining our company website, and providing day-to-day technical support to staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media pages across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging content including graphics, captions, reels, property showcases, and stories.
  • Develop and implement a clear strategy to improve reach, leads, and engagement on social media.
  • Attract and engage potential property buyers and investors through compelling digital storytelling.
  • Run and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Set up and manage professional staff email addresses on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
  • Manage and regularly update the company website.
  • Provide day-to-day IT support to staff, including troubleshooting, software setup, and system maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media pages (please share pages handled).
  • Strong content creation skills (graphics, video editing, copywriting).
  • Comfortable with IT basics: email setup, website management, and computer troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of the real estate or property industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
