Job Description

Join the DSI team at the Châlette sur Loing site, a dynamic group of ten professionals dedicated to providing local support to business users.

Your role will be integral to ensuring the optimal functioning of all IT systems and networks through the maintenance of desktop and production infrastructure. You will also be involved in implementing and administering web applications and associated databases, ensuring quality and security.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and upgrading the IT park (desktops and laptops), managing the annual replacement of leased equipment, and handling the decommissioning of returned machines. You will actively participate in helpdesk operations, resolving tickets and contributing to incident management by logging calls and emails for qualitative tracking via the internal ticketing tool.

Furthermore, you will assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, drafting procedures, updating documentation, and contributing to technological system evolution in alignment with the group's DSI.

  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11 environments
  • Familiarity with Office 365
  • Proficiency in PC hardware
