Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tech Support Specialist to join a dynamic pharma-tech company.

In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure, supporting both internal teams and clients.

Your responsibilities will include installing and configuring hardware and software, managing client onboarding and deployments, and troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues.

You will also play a key role in testing new technologies, documenting system requirements, and training colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure hardware and software components.
  • Client’s onboarding and Registration.
  • Schedule Clients Deployment
  • Install and update Device software.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Track and Resolve Clients Tickets.
  • Test and evaluate new technology Features.
  • Perform tests on new hardware and software.
  • Define and document software, hardware, and network requirements.
  • Onboard and Train fellow colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering related field, preferred.
  • Certification in any Computer programming course preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Problem solving mindset.
  • Experience troubleshooting systems.
  • Skilled in Microsoft office 365 and software installation
  • Proficient with MAC OS, Windows OS, Andriod OS.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Familiar with a range of software i.e Appsheet, Firebase, Excel, and Django Admin.
  • Familiar with a range of Hardware i.e Printers, POS, Scanners, Laptops, Android devices and Desktop Pc.
  • Ability to multitask.
