Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our digital and offline marketing initiatives across West African markets. This role is instrumental in driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through innovative and integrated campaigns.
You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing paid advertising, and monitoring online brand presence. Additionally, you will manage on-ground activations, promotions, and community engagement, ensuring alignment with digital strategies.

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, display, website, and messaging platforms.
- Optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn.
- Monitor digital metrics, SEO, and online brand visibility.
- Leverage AI tools for campaign efficiency and creative performance.
- Manage on-ground activations, promotions, market surveys, and community engagement.
- Work with distributors, resellers, and partners to drive local marketing initiatives.
- Align offline activities with digital campaigns.
- Support Sales with lead generation, promotional materials, and campaign coordination.
- Track marketing contributions to sales performance.
- Lead internal teams, freelancers, and agencies.
- Plan and manage budgets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, reporting insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years marketing experience, with 2+ in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of West African consumer markets and marketing channels
- Proven experience managing budgets and performance-driven campaigns
- Excellent collaboration, leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Experience across multiple West African countries (Nice-to-Have)
- Background in FMCG, fintech, telecom, e-commerce, or startups (Nice-to-Have)
- Familiarity with AI tools like Canva AI, Meta Advantage+, Google Performance Max, Runway, Pictory (Nice-to-Have)
- Exposure to CMS platforms like WordPress (Nice-to-Have)
