PaidHR is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team. This role is crucial for translating complex product functionalities into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with HR users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure features address real employer and employee needs.
  • Apply marketability guardrails to product decisions by validating clarity of value, target user, and adoption path before build.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions.
  • Own all in-app product copy including onboarding flows, feature prompts, tooltips, and contextual guidance.
  • Ensure product language is human, clear, and aligned with how HR users think and work.
  • Collaborate with Design and Product to reduce friction and improve feature comprehension through language.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new features and major product updates.
  • Define launch messaging, positioning, target segments, and adoption flows.
  • Ensure the “why” behind each feature is as clear as the “how.”
  • Create internal and external enablement materials such as one-pagers, FAQs, release notes, pitch decks, and product walkthroughs.
  • Train Sales and Customer Success teams on new features, value propositions, and common objections.
  • Act as the single source of truth for feature messaging.
  • Own post-launch adoption strategy, including education, onboarding improvements, and messaging iterations.
  • Diagnose underperforming features and identify gaps in positioning, copy, or onboarding.
  • Independently track and report on feature adoption and user behavior using internal analytics tools.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience in Product Marketing, Product Enablement, UX Writing, or a related role within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Demonstrated experience launching product features and driving adoption.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-centric messaging.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Data literacy with experience interpreting product usage and adoption metrics.
  • Strong ownership mindset and comfort being accountable for outcomes.
  • Experience in HR tech, fintech, or B2B SaaS (Nice to Have).
  • Familiarity with product analytics and onboarding tools (Nice to Have).
  • UX writing or content strategy background (Nice to Have).
  • Experience using analytics tools (Mixpanel, Looker Studio, etc) (Nice to Have).
  • Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot, Customer.io, Sendgrid, etc) (Nice to Have).
