Fclick Global is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Executive Sales Representative to join their team in Kado, Abuja.
This role is ideal for a candidate passionate about fashion, skilled in social media marketing, and thriving in a target-driven environment. You will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing brand visibility, and cultivating lasting customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include promoting and selling the company's luxury fashion products, building and managing strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also create engaging content, manage the brand's social media presence across various platforms, and respond promptly to customer inquiries to convert leads into sales.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field, along with a NYSC Discharge Certificate. Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management, especially in the fashion or luxury retail industry, is required. Strong social media marketing skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities are essential.

- Promote and sell the company's luxury fashion products to new and existing customers
- Build, manage, and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups
- Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences to support business growth
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
- NYSC Discharge Certificate is required
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management
- Experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and CRM software is an advantage
