Job Description
NSOA is currently seeking a dedicated CRO – Contract Management professional to join their team in Abu Dhabi, with one opening available.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and actively promoting service contracts and genuine consumables to a diverse customer base. Your duties will include handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, managing follow-ups, and executing orders efficiently.
You will play a key role in developing new customer opportunities while diligently maintaining relationships with existing clients. This position requires close coordination with the Service, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction, ultimately supporting revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Contract Management, Tele-Sales, or a Customer Relationship role. Essential skills include strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up abilities, coupled with a customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
