Job Description

We are seeking motivated and energetic Field Sales Executives to join the expanding team at Unique Chetason, a fast-growing FMCG marketing and distribution company.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships within your assigned territory. Your primary goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, acquiring new customers, and conducting regular field visits and product presentations. You will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform your sales approach.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG industry, and hold at least an OND, HND, or B.Sc. qualification. Proven ability to achieve sales targets, strong communication and negotiation skills, and self-motivation are essential. Candidates must reside in or be willing to work in Auchi or Ekpoma, Edo State.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct regular field visits, sales calls, and product presentations.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Minimum qualification of OND, HND, or B.Sc.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
