Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all company financial records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ICAN) is a significant advantage.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience as an Accountant or Finance Manager, including demonstrable leadership responsibilities.
• Prior experience in the construction, engineering, or project-based industry environments is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of budgeting principles, cost control methodologies, and project accounting practices.
• Proficiency in utilizing various accounting software packages and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A high degree of personal integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
