We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team in Abia State.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee and client HR records and documentation.
- Assist in payroll coordination, leave management, and HR reporting.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide HR advisory support where required.
- Support performance management processes and staff documentation.
- Coordinate training, staff engagement, and HR-related communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 2–3 years of experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
