Job Description
Yimei Nigeria Limited is seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos.
This role is essential for managing all aspects of human resources within our hotel operations. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Oversee employee relations and address grievances.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support hotel operations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years HR experience in the hospitality/hotel industry (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and staffing structure.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
