Job Description

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Saudi National fresh graduate to join our Human Resources team. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment and HR operations, supporting the entire recruitment lifecycle and various HR initiatives.

You will play a key role in assisting with candidate sourcing through various channels, screening resumes, and shortlisting suitable applicants. Your responsibilities will include coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensuring clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. You will also support the preparation of employment offers and assist with new employee onboarding and orientation activities.

This position involves maintaining accurate HR records, preparing recruitment reports, and contributing to employer branding efforts. You will also provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate eager to launch a career in Human Resources and contribute to a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in preparing employment offers and onboarding documentation.
  • Support new employee onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and update recruitment trackers.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and career fairs.
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks and other HR-related activities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.
  • Internship experience in HR or Recruitment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS or HR systems is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law is a plus.
