Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
  • Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a Human Resources role.
  • CIPM (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management) certification or other relevant HR certifications is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
