Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic FinTech team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative financial solutions in a hybrid work environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for defining and executing product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and fostering collaboration across engineering, design, and business teams. Your work will involve identifying user needs, specifying product requirements, and ensuring successful product launches that drive significant user impact.

You will work closely with frontend and backend engineers, as well as leadership, to deliver seamless, compliant, and user-centric financial experiences. Key duties include conducting market research, defining product specifications, managing product backlogs, analyzing user data, and ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance for all product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy

Qualifications

4+ years of proven professional experience in product management, preferably in FinTech or financial services
Strong knowledge of FinTech industry requirements, payment systems, and financial regulations
Hands-on experience with product tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Confluence, Figma, Analytics platforms)
Experience building and launching digital financial products at scale
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (KYC, AML, PCI DSS) and security best practices
Experience with user research, data analysis, and product metrics to drive decision-making
Understanding of payment system workflows, banking APIs, and financial data management
Experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and cross-functional team collaboration
Experience working in lean, fast-paced environments with technical and business teams
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
A collaborative approach and passion for building innovative financial solutions
