Job Description

ElamaxPros, a fast-growing, technology-driven digital marketing and sales company, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Forex Telesales Agent. This on-site, full-time role is crucial for managing high-value client conversations, driving revenue growth, and supporting junior telesales agents.

In this position, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of forex products and your proven sales acumen to engage, educate, and convert high-value clients, consistently exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound telesales calls to qualified forex prospects and warm leads
  • Utilize in-depth forex product knowledge to engage, educate, and convert high-value clients
  • Manage the complete client acquisition process from prospecting to onboarding
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Mentor and support junior telesales agents by sharing best practices and sales techniques
  • Provide market insights and feedback on lead quality, client objections, and industry trends
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline activity
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of proven telesales experience, preferably in forex or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of forex trading products, platforms, instruments, and client profiles
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
  • Strong understanding of forex market dynamics and investor behavior
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior team members
  • Must be able to commute daily to the Abule Egba office
  • Only candidates with verifiable forex telesales experience and demonstrable forex trading knowledge will be considered.
