Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Ground Operation Team Member and play a crucial role in optimizing our daily last-mile delivery operations. You will be responsible for the efficient receiving, meticulous organization, and accurate verification of all incoming orders, ensuring they are seamlessly handed over to our dedicated riders and drivers.

This position is key to maintaining the smooth and timely dispatch of goods, contributing directly to our operational success. You will also be tasked with ensuring our hub remains a safe and highly organized environment, proactively identifying and escalating any operational challenges to supervisors.

Your collaboration with Ground Operation Supervisors, riders, drivers, and other key departments like Order Care and Warehouse teams will be vital for maintaining fluid and efficient delivery processes. Key Responsibilities

Support daily last-mile delivery operations.
Receive, organize, and verify orders.
Hand over orders to riders and drivers.
Ensure smooth and timely dispatch.
Maintain a safe and organized hub.
Escalate operational issues when required.
Collaborate with Ground Operation Supervisors, riders, drivers, Order Care, Acquisition, and hub/warehouse teams.
Support peak-demand operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
0–2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, warehousing, or operations.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer skills.
Good attention to detail.
Good time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
