Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Purchase Officer to join our team in Sharjah.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement process, from coordinating with suppliers to ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Your key duties will include handling quotations, processing purchase orders, and diligently following up on deliveries to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing.

Maintain accurate procurement records and manage supplier relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering field.
1–2 years of procurement experience, preferably in the PEB/technical industry.
Experience with ERP procurement modules.
Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
