We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level QA Engineer to join our dedicated remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in upholding the quality and reliability of our software through comprehensive testing strategies.

You will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts, alongside performing thorough exploratory testing to uncover potential issues. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will ensure our products meet the highest standards before release.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using various tools and frameworks.
Design and execute manual and exploratory test cases.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Experience in designing and executing test plans and test cases.
Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with API testing is a plus.
