Job Description

Driven Properties, a distinguished real estate brokerage renowned for its commitment to excellence and superior service, is expanding its presence in Abu Dhabi. We are actively seeking motivated and skilled Property Consultants to become integral members of our dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the acquisition, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, you will provide expert advice, facilitate property viewings, expertly negotiate contracts, and cultivate robust, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, preferably within the Abu Dhabi market.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Proven negotiation skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and industry dynamics.
  • Proficient in using digital tools, CRM systems, and social media for marketing.
  • A real estate license or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
  • A valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
