Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through every stage of their real estate journey, whether they are buying, selling, leasing, or investing in Dubai's vibrant property market. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to engage with clients both in person and remotely.

Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through personalized consultation and exceptional service.
- Managing property viewings, client communications, and inquiries efficiently.
- Negotiating and closing deals while ensuring an outstanding client experience.
- Providing expert advice on current market trends, investment opportunities, and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year of experience in the UAE market preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
- Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Real estate certification or relevant qualifications are advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages, such as Arabic, are a plus.
- A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
