Job Description
Driven Properties is seeking a dynamic Property Consultant to join our esteemed team in Dubai. This role is crucial in guiding clients through the intricacies of buying, selling, leasing, and investing in the thriving Dubai real estate market.
As a Property Consultant, you will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships through personalized service and expert advice. You will manage property viewings, handle client communications, and skillfully negotiate deals to ensure exceptional client experiences.
We are looking for individuals with a deep understanding of the Dubai property market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a commitment to client satisfaction. Proficiency in CRM systems and social media platforms is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through personalized consultation and exceptional service.
- Managing property viewings, client communications, and inquiries efficiently.
- Negotiating and closing deals while ensuring an outstanding client experience.
- Providing expert advice on current market trends, investment opportunities, and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year of experience in the UAE market preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
- Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Real estate certification or relevant qualifications are advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages, such as Arabic, are a plus.
- A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
