Job Description

Driven Properties is actively seeking a skilled Commercial Property Consultant to enhance our client services within the dynamic commercial property market. This role is crucial for guiding clients through their real estate decisions, encompassing leasing and investment opportunities, to ensure their business objectives are met.

In this capacity, you will be instrumental in assisting clients to pinpoint their commercial real estate requirements and delivering bespoke solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth market research, performing property inspections, and managing the entire leasing lifecycle, from negotiation to agreement finalization. Cultivating robust relationships with landlords, investors, and developers will be key to facilitating successful transactions. You will also be tasked with preparing comprehensive market analyses and presentations, advising clients on financial aspects, and utilizing CRM systems for effective lead management. Staying abreast of zoning laws and market shifts is essential to providing informed guidance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software/platforms.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to providing outstanding client service.
