Job Description
Tanami Properties is a premier Dubai-based real estate brokerage, renowned for its expertise since 2015. We specialize in off-plan and secondary property sales, offering comprehensive investment advisory and Holiday Homes services to a diverse international clientele.
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Female Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of connecting clients with exciting upcoming projects, expertly guiding investors and end-users through off-plan purchases, and capitalizing on the immense sales opportunities within Dubai's rapidly expanding property market.
Your responsibilities will include promoting and selling off-plan properties directly from top-tier Dubai developers, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams. You will advise clients on project specifics, payment structures, potential ROI, and prevailing market trends. The role also involves conducting property presentations, attending project launches, and representing the company at key real estate events, alongside generating and managing leads through various marketing channels and networking.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan properties directly from top-tier Dubai developers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
- Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
- Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events.
- Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven off-plan sales experience in Dubai (luxury preferred)
- Brokers seeking growth, mentorship and structured development
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate business
- Strong investment mindset and market understanding
- Professional, ambitious and performance-driven
- Mandatory: English
- Preferred: Arabic, Turkish, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu, French, Chinese, Romanian, Polish, Norwegian
