Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Marketing and Administrative/Back Office roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Build and manage a local recruitment team, including freelance recruiters and sourcing specialists as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Create and maintain candidate pipelines for common Marketing and Operational roles (e.g., Paid ads, Social media, customer service, virtual assistants, sales reps, etc.).
- Oversee hiring compliance and advise on best practices in employment standards.
- Implement and optimize ATS tools, assessments, and scorecards to ensure consistent candidate evaluation.
- Maintain key hiring KPIs (time to fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction).
- Represent the company at local job fairs or networking events, when relevant.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or international settings.
- Based in Nigeria with deep knowledge of the local labor market and talent pools.
- Exceptional English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Jazz preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- A bias toward action and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Ability to work EST.
