This pivotal role involves spearheading our hiring initiatives to connect exceptional technical talent with global companies. You will be instrumental in building and managing our local recruitment operations, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Build and manage a local recruitment team, including freelance recruiters and sourcing specialists.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create and maintain candidate pipelines for various Tech roles (e.g., Full stack, Frontend, AI, Cybersecurity, AI Engineers).
- Oversee hiring compliance and advise on best practices in employment standards.
- Implement and optimize ATS tools, assessments, and scorecards for consistent candidate evaluation.
- Maintain key hiring KPIs such as time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Represent the company at local job fairs or networking events when relevant.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or international settings.
- Based in Nigeria with deep knowledge of the local labor market and talent pools.
- Exceptional English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Jazz preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- A bias toward action and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Ability to work EST.
