Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Officer to join our esteemed financial institution. This role is pivotal in strengthening our organization's resilience by supporting the comprehensive implementation, ongoing monitoring, and clear reporting of our enterprise risk management framework.
You will play a key part in identifying, assessing, and managing a spectrum of risks, including operational, financial, strategic, and compliance-related challenges. Your contributions will be essential in developing and refining risk management policies and procedures, ensuring our business remains secure and compliant.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring enterprise-wide risks, including operational, financial, strategic, and compliance risks.
- Support the development and implementation of risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Prepare risk reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key risk exposures and mitigation actions.
- Conduct risk assessments, scenario analysis, and stress testing to evaluate potential impacts on the business.
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and proactive risk mitigation.
- Support the maintenance of the risk register and follow up on risk mitigation action plans.
- Assist in the coordination of risk awareness and training programs across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate risk management into business processes and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Risk Analysis, Compliance, or related field, preferably in financial services or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and risk reporting tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
