Job Description
Tranos is seeking a dedicated Bid and Tender Sales Executive to spearhead our bid submission and proposal development efforts.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating bidding opportunities, ensuring strict adherence to client specifications, and preparing compelling, competitive proposals that align with our company's capabilities.
You will manage the entire bid lifecycle, from initial expression of interest through to final submission, coordinating closely with internal technical, commercial, finance, and procurement teams to gather essential information.
Key responsibilities include defining comprehensive technical and commercial offers, managing tender portals, and analyzing bid outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders is also vital for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, track, and evaluate relevant bid and tender opportunities.
- Ensure the scope of supply offered is within the company's delivery capabilities.
- Interpret bid documents, RFPs, and ITTs to identify requirements and deadlines.
- Establish bid execution strategies from expression of interest to final submission.
- Coordinate with internal departments (technical, commercial, finance, procurement) for bid responses.
- Define complete technical and commercial competitive offers.
- Manage tender portals and ensure timely upload of documentation.
- Monitor tender results and provide reports on bid outcomes, win/loss analysis, and lessons learned.
- Perform reliable communication with main stakeholders and raise roadblocks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support company business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in bid and tender management, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of bid and tender processes, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Excellent project coordination, time management, and organizational skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with tender portals and CRM tools.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and document formatting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
