Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering products and systems within the Manufacturing and Oil & Gas sectors (e.g., valves, pumps, compressors, pipelines, turbines, automation).
  • Solid understanding of industrial processes.
  • Ability to recommend cost-effective and technically sound solutions.
  • Familiarity with installation, maintenance, and lifecycle performance of industrial equipment.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial awareness (pricing, margins, contracts).
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
