Job Description

Bridal Accent is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Female Customer Satisfaction and Sales Manager to join our esteemed team.

In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through an exceptional design experience from initial inquiry to final delivery. Your expertise will ensure complete client satisfaction at every touchpoint, upholding our brand's commitment to quality and personalized service.

You will be responsible for managing all client communications, overseeing inquiry sessions, and meticulously documenting customer data and preferences. Your ability to translate client needs into clear briefs for our production team will be crucial for seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all client inquiries via store, email, and social media.
  • Conduct guided inquiry sessions and maintain detailed client records.
  • Collect and manage customer data, interactions, and preferences.
  • Segment customers for targeted retention activities.
  • Translate client conversations into clear order briefs for the production team.
  • Standardize communication templates for consistency.
  • Track order progress with the production team and provide timely client updates.
  • Create consultation and fitting schedules, ensuring adequate preparation.
  • Ensure proper documentation of client interactions and specifications.
  • Provide an excellent in-studio shopping experience.
  • Address and resolve client complaints and issues.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction and feedback polls.
  • Manage backend order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with logistics partners for order delivery and tracking.
  • Build detailed weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide insights on customer behavior, sales performance, and bottlenecks.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Social Science or a related field.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in customer service or operations management within the fashion industry.
  • Basic knowledge of design and clothing.
  • Proficiency in digital work tools and platforms such as Google Workspace and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and customer fulfillment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
