Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development/Investment Sales Team Lead to drive significant investment inflows and cultivate robust client relationships.
In this critical role, you will be instrumental in promoting a diverse range of investment products, including fixed placements, money market funds, and traded securities. Your expertise will be key in building and maintaining strong, long-term client partnerships that foster repeat investments and referrals.
You will develop and execute strategic marketing plans and outreach programs to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition. Furthermore, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business development targets.
